| CONSTRUCTION
- High-pressure laminate on all exposed surfaces with a minimum of 45-lb. Density,
industrial-grade particle board with fine face particles and backing sheet to
form balanced panel. Panels to be laminated using a white rigid glue line. Edges
to be banded with high-pressure laminate or PVC using high-temperature hot-melt
adhesive. Joints shall be dados, rabbets, or butt with brackets screwed in two
directions or angle boring. Exposed fasteners shall be tamper-proof. DRAWERS
- To include dovetail construction (four each, English style) with bottom dadoed
into side with white glue line and glue blocks for extra strength. Standard drawer
material is 5/8 MDF printed lacquer top coat, bottom is 1/8 hard-board
with melamine top. Moulded polystyrene drawers with rounded corners are available
upon request. Optional plywood sides and bottoms available for upcharge. Drawer
glides shall be captured style to create non-removable drawer, 60-lb. Typical.
Heavy-duty glides available at upcharge. LOCKS
- Locks at drawers and doors are available upon request at upcharge. CLOTHES
ROD - J-type or rubber security type as integral part of closet shelf. DOORS -
Doors shall use five-knuckle formed hinges with hospital tips and tamper-proof
fasteners. Continuous hinges available at upcharge. PROTECTIVE
PVC EDGEBANDING - Bottoms of all end panels have protective PVC or HPL edge-banding
for moisture and impact resistance. FLEXIBILITY
- Complete flexibility of size and custom changes, depending on customers
unique requirements. CHOICE OF FINISHES -
A selection of surfaces, wood-grains or solid colors, form any of the top two
laminate suppliers (Formica and Wilson Art). WARRANTY
- One-year materials and workman-ship warranty. Since we have no control over
the conditions and use to which the merchandise is subjected after it leaves the
factory, we cannot give and unequivocal guarantee with our product. We will, however,
stand behind our product to any reasonable extent. Defective items should be called
to our attention promptly upon arrival. After one year, if no defects have been
reported, our responsibility terminates. We will make repairs on such goods at
a reasonable charge if authority for return has been given by the home office
of Inland.
